Wifi connection was weak.

The breakfast menu was mind-blowing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The room was super clean, spacious, and had a jaw-droppingly comfortable mattress. The location was perfect - right across the beach in a quieter area, just the way I like it. Despite the language barrier, the hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. They even provided me with a free bike, allowing me to get some exercise while exploring the town. With all these amazing features, my stay at this homestay was absolutely unforgettable!

The place is conveniently located near the airport, the city center, cafes, and the beach; the rooms are bright and equipped with comfortable beds.

We, as people who like karaoke and casinos, loved the facilities at Blue Beach Homestay. the cozy and welcoming family made us feel right at home. the complimentary breakfast cooked in the family kitchen was superb. the beach is just a minute's walk away and is quiet and free. the inclusion of bicycles in the price allowed us to easily explore the city, which is 4km away. the room itself was new, clean, and had all the amenities of a 4-star hotel. the stocked mini-fridge with plenty of cheap drinks was a nice touch.

The double room at Blue Beach Homestay was amazing! The balcony gave me a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the room, and I loved having a stovetop to make my own meals. Plus, the satellite flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for winding down at the end of the day.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of satellite TV. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

I had such a wonderful stay at this homestay. The family that runs it is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and they even made up the rooms every day. The pride they take in their homestay is evident and it creates a great atmosphere. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. There is also a shop next door for any necessities and they provide free bikes for guests to use. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options including fresh fruit, eggs, tea, and coffee. I felt very welcome and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini bar with affordable prices. Additionally, the location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and easy access to transportation.

The lack of signage, which made it a bit difficult for drivers to find the hotel. It would be helpful if they had a visible sign to make it easier for guests to locate the place.

I had an amazing stay at Blue Beach Homestay for 5 nights. The family who owns the property is genuinely helpful and caring. They provided a well-maintained motorbike for rent and allowed early check-in and baggage storage. The mini bar was stocked at reasonable prices. The hotel is close to a lovely and quiet beach, and Hoi An is just a short trip away. The homestay atmosphere and hospitality made it a perfect stay!
